Even as a young kid I always enjoyed meeting the people in nursing homes. We have so much to learn from the generations before us. The senior community is at risk in so many ways and they are extremely underfunded. We are here to help protect and speak for those who can't protect themselves!

Most of my friends are over 60

CICOA

They are true angels on this planet.  I have personally worked with them to help me navigate uncharted territory when my dad got sick. They will always be my very first referral.

Started in 1974, CICOA is a not-for-profit agency that helps seniors and people of any age with a disability remain comfortably and safely at home and out of institutional care.  CICOA empowers older adults, those of any age with a disability, and their caregivers by providing the innovative answers, services, and support they need to achieve the greatest possible independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Anew Hospice

More angels that walk among us.  They were only with dad for 10 days before he passed.  They were amazing support from minute one until the end.  The gentleman that came out before the funeral home picked up dad was amazing.  He sat there and just talked to us for hours.  They were all amazing.

Our services are designed to provide medical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones who are experiencing the final stage of a terminal illness. Our goal is to support our patients and their loved ones while honoring their wishes and ensuring excellent care, comfort and dignity.

Guided by our Medical Director, we are licensed by the State of Indiana, Medicare certified and accredited by the American Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), a non-profit accreditation organization that has stood as a symbol of quality and excellence since 1986. Indiana owned and operated with Hoosier hospitality being essential to our philosophy of care. We are committed to delivering outstanding customer service to our patients and loved ones.

Indiana Funeral Care

And here are more amazing angels!  They were so patient and kind.  I was a mess, and they took my hand to walk me through the whole process.  They have so many options for services.  They also provided me with so much information that I didn't know.  They even called / texted the whole first year after dad passed away to check on me!

Indiana Funeral Care was originally founded in 2001 to provide the Indianapolis, Indiana, area with affordable, worry-free cremation services. The owner, David Ring and nephew of Harry and Thelma Moore, bought Harry W. Moore Funeral Chapels back and believed that providing the same services for less was what Indiana needed. At Indiana Funeral Care, we believe that families come first and that your loved one’s cremation and the funeral process should be stress-free, respectful, and as easy as possible for the family.

I have not personal used their services.  I did call to get pricing.  The person I spoke with us very kind and knowledgeable. Their prices seemed to be very reasonable.
