We are always learning, from infancy well into our later years in life. Most of us are lifelong learners rather you realize that or not. In school, it's obvious you have to learn, K - 12, that is your job, to learn. As an adult you are also learning. Learning how to interact with people, directions, on the job, in relationships from your children or even your spouse. We should embrace something that we are already doing and maximize our efforts. Below I have listed some information that you might or might not know as well as resources that will help in the area of education.
Individualized Education Program
Each public school child who receives special education and related services must have an Individualized Education Program (IEP). Each IEP must be designed for one student and must be a truly individualized document. The IEP creates an opportunity for teachers, parents, school administrators, related services personnel, and students (when appropriate) to work together to improve educational results for children with disabilities. The IEP is the cornerstone of a quality education for each child with a disability
Tons of information from the government education website.
They offer a grant to families that qualify to help pay for tutoring. There are tons of resources and information on this website. I would encourage all parents to read through the site while their children are still young.
